History

Homme Property Management is a subsidiary of Homme Construction Company, Inc. They manage approximately 200,000 square feet of commercial property in Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert, California. These properties are primarily office/professional properties. These properties vary in size from 400 sq. ft. to free standing office buildings to executive office suites.

Homme Property Management's goals are to provide excellent property care and maintenance along with professional and responsive service to our tenants.

Many of the properties managed by Homme Property Management are award winning properties. They are located in prime business areas within Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert, CA.

Construction

Homme Construction Company, Inc. is a general building construction company based in Palm Desert, CA. Homme Construction is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker and has done real estate development and consulting in Washington, Idaho, Arizona, and North Dakota.

As a residential builder, Homme Construction has specialized in custom housing. Several of the homes built by Homme Construction have been published in major national publications.

As a commercial builder, Homme Construction company has specialized in small to mid-sized commercial office buildings. Several of these projects have been award winning.

At Homme Construction, we take pride in caring for our clients' needs. We make great efforts to provide quality work, in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost. We have built our reputation over the past 30 years one building at a time.
